Please give us the option to remove followers
Instagram have recently given users the ability to remove followers instead of blocking them to remove them. I please request that Twitter also give us this option and not notify the users they have been removed from following us.

The ability to unlike tweets from private accounts
Please give us an option to be able to unlike tweets from private accounts. Facebook have given their users an option to unlike posts from private accounts and posts from blocked accounts using the activity log. It does not violate anyone’s privacy as you cannot see the posts in your activity log, it just informs you that you liked a post and allows you to unlike it. I please request the same option to be available on Twitter. It takes a very long while to post all of your tweets and photos to a new account and try to figure…

Ability to unfollow a private user who has not yet accepted an invitation
This is a follow up request from https://twittercommunity.com/t/bug-unfollow-private-user/130365.
The Twitter API currently does not offer any way to stop a follow request to a private user.
This prevents some automation workflow from happening.1 vote -
Search for files
Add files section to the search, lately I noticed a lot of people post files that could help me and it will be easier for me to find it if there was a filter for files

historize likes
Currently a like given by a user is not related to a date in the API.
Having this info can be useful to analyze the "likes activity" of a user on the past X days for example.1 vote -

Get archive data through API
Why couldn't we get our own data archive through API calls ?
Instead of having to download the whole archive (which is really heavy), it can be interesting to have several endpoints where we could request all the data between two dates for the authenticated user.2 votes -
The Moments Feature on Twitter
I loved the Moments feature on Twitter, it allowed me to organize my past tweets in a functional manner. There is nothing that really replaces it!!! Generally speaking, Twitter needs to offer users more options in terms of organizing their content. I vote to bring Moments back:)

Provide Users With More Options for Organization
Notifications appear in time order, which is fine. It can, however, become very disorganized quickly! This is particularly true when multiple users are replying. There are times when I don't want these messages, but there's no effective way to remove them. If one of the tweets in your notifications becomes popular, it can make finding other content a harrowing experience. (I've tried muting a user, the conversation and phrases, the messages still get through). There's a simple fix for these issues. First, give the user the option to delete a notice. Secondly, while notices can continue to be grouped in…

Bookmark Folders
The ‘bookmarks’ feature was an amazing addition, but many users have complained about how unorganized it can get. Many are pleading for the ‘folders’ feature to be added, so can they separate their save tweets based on preference. Adding this feature would make users’ experience on Twitter so much better.

Support non-public metrics via OAuth 2.0 for the Labs v2 'Tweets and Users' endpoint
With API v2 (Labs v2) launching last week, it seems incredible that some endpoints still require the use of oAuth 1.0 which is scarcely supported. This makes developing for the 'next gen' API feel surprisingly primitive - and is an accessibility barrier that is unique in the sophisticated landscape of 2020.

More locations for Trends API
Some locations are not available in the Trends API, for example Uganda.
It would be great if the current list locations were expanded to include more locations, such as Uganda and cities in Uganda such as Kampala.

Make custom lists more powerful
The current list management is good to keep for example our "best friends" in one place, but the usage behind it is really limited.
Why not allow several filters in the home page (not in another menu) to display only the tweets of a selected list, and give the possibility to exclude retweets of other users ? It will be useful to follow several persons in priority when you follow too many people.1 vote -
Contact Tab
Being able to place your contact information in a tab within your bio. Great for networking and leaving space for more details in your bio in general.

Bring back "tags" to new search endpoints
Query tags are such a useful and simple feature... These essentially enable developers to inject a tag string into the returned payload... These tag strings can be used to record what query was used to match the data, and are helpful in segregating data into logical groups.
Tags are supported in enterprise and premium search, and I am wondering what the future is with Labs and beyond. Note that tags remain a thing with Labs filtered stream.
I am working on a project where a search endpoint is used to process a long list of queries, and not having tags…
