Add a field to signal when media is being withheld by country
Add a field to know when media is being withheld by country

What Eugene said, I need that too!
Any updates on this one? Maybe some kind of workaround?
We run a product that allow publishers to engage with their following and are aware of Twitter Amplify and Media Studio and how publishers can geo-restrict videos. These videos often appear in our dashboard search results, but - due to the restrictions - don't play in the dashboard or in the curated feed that we output.
It would be really great to have a programmatic way to determine whether the Media itself is withheld/restricted, similar to `withheld_*` fields for Tweets in the API, so that we can filter these results from our dashboard (and eventually pass on the restrictions so that we can support geo-restrictions ourselves).
What we're forced to do now is to completely remove Amplify-powered tweets from our systems and filter those in search results we get from Twitter API as well.
Thanks for the feedback!
I believe there is a difference between Tweets being withheld and media being withheld. The withheld_in_countries field is for Tweets and there is indeed no indication of media being withheld in the API today. We will consider this feedback going forward.

This already exists for both Tweets: https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/tweets/data-dictionary/overview/tweet-object.html and Users: https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/tweets/data-dictionary/overview/user-object.html
