I'm curious to understand what you mean by sending a Tweet "to a group"? Can you provide more information and what you would like such an API to look like?

Can you tell us more about this. What would this enable you to do that you cannot do today?
Please also note that we are only interested in feedback related to the Twitter API and Developer Platform, not in feature requests for Twitter more generally.
