Add "Public Interest" and "Manipulated Media" and other enforcement flags to tweet expansions
It should be possible to get a value in expansions if tweets have the "Public Interest" and "Manipulated Media" flags set, along with any other enforcement - eg: withheld in country fields etc.
For example, json flags or objects should be present for filtering tweets like this https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1266231100780744704 or https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1273770669214490626 that have had some flags set.

Here's a good use case example: Having these flags on a tweet can enable publishers and journalists to automatically act on content - for example, including an embedded tweet or un-retweeting or issuing a followup in response to a fact check flag or a withheld in country flag or something else. A brand or a publisher or journalist interested in maintaining an accurate feed would be able to be more effective using the API. Plenty of people already use automation, but these flags are more difficult because they're not in the API.
