  1. Remove 'None' from tweet_volume in the trends_place()

So recently I was trying to have a list of trending hashtags in twitter along with its volume. For this, I am using the twitter API trendsplace(). But when it generates the output, I see most of the hashtags have a tweetvolume as None.

But when cross referenced it with the actual volume ,it was quite huge. I tried a bunch of other methods as well but seems like there is no reliable method as of now to remove these entries and make this more accurate.

I think this should be addressed in the upcoming versions of Twitter…

  2. Push Notifications

We would like a "push notification" capability that would enable us to register our queries with Twitter and get notified when the tweet matches our query.

    Customer: Uber Maps team.

  3. Polls tab

I would like to recommend that you have separate tabs for polls where you can view polls that you voted for in terms of results and you can also view new polls from the people your following or also in regards to subjects your interested in or even from your region this will give twitter an edge on market research studies and consumer behavior or requirement I think this is something worth exploring

  4. Scheduled Tweet Endpoint

I'd like to have the ability to post a scheduled Tweet that executes at a future date and time you specify, similar to the Ads API. This would reduce client-side complexity and provide developers more flexibility in how to implement Tweet posting in apps.

(e.g. follows, favorites, retweets, added to a list, etc.)

  6. Audience Insights

Track the aggregate of who is talking about an issue -" the following people talk about coke and what we learn about them"). Their main is *how can customers better define users talking about the topics?
The data that is available on the user object of the Tweet payload is basically what is available, with the addition of the follower graph endpoints that can provide a little more on the social web but not substantial
