Hi Muze, thanks for the feedback!

Would you be able to clarify what you mean by "Give impact factor citation scores"? Do you mean you'd like to see Twitter score papers based on their potential impact?

And what is meant by "Let the agencies that govern the academic policies involve twitter"citations in their agenda."?

Thank you for all of the feedback.

To address a point of confusion because multiple people in this thread commented asking for such: (ignoring any viability and affordability considerations) beyond our Premium 30-Day Search API, we do indeed also have a Premium Full-archive Search API available for use by _anyone_ https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/tweets/search/quick-start/premium-full-archive

Thank you for the feedback. This is definitely something we are planning for as we think about the future of our platform. You can see these datapoints reflected in the payload format of our experimental Developer Labs endpoints: https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/labs/overview/whats-new/formats (specifically the detailed format)

Thank you for this feedback. How are you thinking this functionality might differ from the existing statuses/lookup endpoint (beyond potentially giving a boolean/response vs. actual content)? Is this simply a request for higher rate limits to an endpoint like this? Would you prefer some kind of batch lookup?

This is an interesting idea and I can certainly see how it might provide value. However, a firehose of this dataset would be completely unwieldy. How might you imagine exploring this dataset? Requesting query volumes by keyword?

Thank you for your submission. Would you mind elaborating and helping us better understand the value of such functionality? It's not immediately evident to us the value delivering a single random tweet might provide.
